Back from the game, yeah baby , now ive having a few drinks, sooooo gooood.
Having said that, I dont Think Amone is the answer , he need to work on his speed, i though i was watching Corey Norman in the clear, not fast at all, and his kicking game is terrible

i watched the game on the box, considering the conditions i thought it was entertaining and not the the usual dragons footy which is boring, ramsey had a great game along with young molo, overall it was way better than last week, i feel that sloan will have his work cut out to take the 1 again but good on ramsey once again a 100 per cent effort. all in all its 2 pts its a confidence boost and we move on to the next game. we should all be happy that we won in honor of raper. well done guys .

We never do things easy.
Lomax,Sims,Suli,Ramsay were great.
We were making yards down their right at will in the 2nd half but didn't finish them off.
Got the win.
Special mention to Sutton the turd who tried to hammer us in the 1st half.
Walsh should of been binned no doubt about it.
Any win is a good win.

Sloan wasn’t great in reggies, was nowhere to be seen with a few of the opposition tries.
Hope he works on this, big talent, low on confidence no doubt.

Fair point, hopefully that starts to emerge in his game but no other player in the team worries the defence as he does so hopefully he keeps doing what he's doing. We've come a long way from the Lafai/Aitken days.

We certainly do make things hard for us & today was no different.

Looking at the game now the win wasn’t as bad as I first thought.
Less than 50% possession, no penalties or six agains until the 2nd half along with the warriors being allowed to lay all over us.
That was also the best game the warriors, who seem to lift against us have played for six weeks & when was the last time you’ve seen DZW & Johnson play 80 minutes of mistake free footy.

i think after the frizzell incident he has toned it down a fair bit, i heard him on abc today after the game and he sounded quite humble

Baggy green you are one of the dwindling Zac fans left on the forum. Fair enough, I have my favourite players.
Disagree with Zac ‘ made a break’.

The blistering speed of Ramsey was the long range break. Inside pass to Amone who was tackled ( Amone rounded up quickly). Ramsey to dummy half and he again grabbed the initiative by drawing the remaining warriors line defenders to him. For once Zac’s lack of dash in his favour as he arrived late to accept take the pass from Ramsey with only fresh air in front of him and dive over.
In fairness, Zac chased the fumble ball for his 1 st try hard and good work. Also, Zac struggled his guts out in the ‘rolling maul’ late in the match to save a drop out. Zac is best served playing somewhere in the forwards imo.

I think you should watch the replay again of Zac, Zac ran like a missle to put himself in a position to score that try, he slowed down and checked he's run as Ramsey swerved in and out, read the play beautifully off Ramsey, i actually thought Ramsey went the wrong way, i think Aitkin shot out to try and tackle Ramsey and left a big hole..

I agree with the previous posts regarding Ramsey’s performance. He appears to have worked hard on his game, has built up a bit and has plenty of speed. I also think there will need to be a position in the team for Sloan, whether on the wing or a bit closer in, as he reads the game well and brings additional attacking options.

I thought the boys played with a lot of spirit today. Whether it was due to Sims having a dig, or Ramsey at fullback, or having more than one Molo on the field, I don't know. Whatever it was, it was a lot more encouraging seeing that performance.
