I actually would have dropped both two games ago and brought in Wade and Mitch Marsh, give them some game time before the semis.

Wade obviously had a great summer here and he's been killing it on the Australia A tour.

The way Jadeja played is what I'd like to see from Maxwell. Jadeja gave a few half chances but he mostly hit the balls that were there to be hit without getting too silly with shot selection..

I have zero faith in us chasing down anything in excess of 300 with the woes we are having in our middle order

Maxwell continues to get picked based on what he can do, not what he is doing, i'd bring someone like Wade in who has been scoring runs, what's the worst that can happen, he scores no runs? Maxwell is already doing that ffs

I can't believe people are calling for Mitch Marsh over Stoinis. Last Aussie summer Mitch Marsh captained the formerly all conquering Perth Scorchers to a wooden spoon. At the same time he had the worst economy rate of any bowler for the Perth Scorchers going for 10 an over. He has had so many injuries over the years his one day bowling has fallen years behind the times

Yes Stoinis is a dud but the allrounder is always a dud. And right now Stoinis is the best dud we've got

Spot on IMO, like India all eggs in one basket batting wise... England has all theirs in the generate a strike rate and keep it going basket...

England are a good side, despite their occasional brain fart - with India gone, they're clear favourites now... but India are gone, so the Poms going too would be a smaller surprise
