We kept the right half

I don't think the people who see Dureau as a reserve grade quality halfback need some rating in the Tele to prove his minimal impact on a game of football.

Just rock up to the game, or watch it on TV.

No 'rating' graph required.

Having said that, the list is just about spot on really isn't it. The players that surround him are all at that same level of inability as far as first grade quality halfbacks go.

Some...but then again some can defend too

Going off Karma's posts and what I've seen/heard on the players in that list, I would've been pretty sure he'd rate Sandow, Fien (mainly on late 08 form), Burns and maybe Seymour well above Scotty!

That stat is inaccurate consider Dureau only played 20 minutes in two of those game and 60 in another. He also isn't an impact halfback, he's an organisational halfback.

Last night was a game were we needed Scotty.

A cool head, who would have made the guys play properly, and been able to steady the ship. We went for the desperate stuff far too early.

Why can't Mullen be the smart cool head we need out there? Why do we need Dureau's cool head with limited ability out there?

Lol well Walsh just played an absolute stinker.

In all fairness, the bloke played as good as his forwards let him play!

Penrith forwards last night were totally woeful.

I'd hate to ever see the Knights forwards put up a performance like the Panthers last night in 2009, or god help whoever is playing in the halves for us.

I saw him kicking a goal tonight Timmy, though it was from a distance away on the telly while having a couple with some mates at the local bowlo........................still, I could tell we kept the wrong half!

He was average all round last night. Sh*t last play options, typcal speed bump display in defence, and even his kicking game (which I usually rate him on) seemed a bit off...

The three stats you need are, tackles attempted, tackles missed and ineffective tackles.

They give you the complete picture.

Well in that case he made 8 , missed 1, and had 1 ineffective.

Not quite the speed bump night as claimed above.

He is a speed bump normally ( not too many halves aren't ), but last night he was OK in defense.

Anyone see Hunt go around for the Broncos last night? This kid is definantly not ready for FG. Hes got some talent but he just looked sh*t scared all night and made some terrible plays.

That young half Porter who plays for the Sharks looks like a good prospect. Wonder what his contract status is?

yeah i didnt get to see the game
but i heard he was just totally overawed in firstgrade

even if we dont get porter
we should be talking to him, talking doesnt hurt and it might turn into something
i really want to be a club that is tied to every off contract player because we're talking to them
