yep, not vicious, but he didn't need to use the boot....it went wrong, so fair enough. If he'd dived in to make a low tackle he'd be fine.

That try came from a penalty that shouldn't have even been a penalty.

I suspect that Burgess was trying to put his boot where he thought the ball was going to be placed. It went wrong, he made contact with the player with his foot . That's a penalty.
