Reds Serve Up Legends
Perth was the buzz word around movers and shakers in Sydney for last Sunday's NRL Grandfinal. The WA Reds team flew a large group of corporates to the east coast for Manly's clash with the Warriors. Among the heavyweights at the Reds dinner on Grandfinal eve at the Tilbury Hotel in Woolloomoolo were legendry player agent Waybe Beavis and league giants Brad Fittler, John Hopoate, Trent Barrett, Shaun Timmins, Brian Fletcher and Stacy Jones.
The Reds are still right in the frame for an NRL licence when the competition expands in 2014 or 2015.

I really like number 3. That would be instantly recognisable.

Number 1 a little too cartoony for me.

Really like that black kit with logo 3 on it.

by Bree
November14th,2011
The ‘Cash Converters’ WA Reds are proud to announce their partnership with Curtin Stadium for the forthcoming 2012 S.G Ball season. The award winning sport and fitness complex will be the training base for the WA Reds who will train out of the stadium every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, having use of the gym, changing, fields and meeting room facilities.
This partnership has been established to provide the WA Reds players the use of professional facilities so they can reach their full potential. Curtin Stadium working together with the WA Reds will enhance both brands allowing the great game of Rugby League to be exposed to the University public in turn the WA Reds can enhance the Curtin Stadium brand through our network of partners and members. The WA Reds look forward to building a strong relationship with the Curtin Stadium staff over the coming months.

Good luck with the ebay sales Red.

I did the survey and selected #1. I like the style...looks slick, modern...the Roo is aggressive and looks like he is going places/determined.

#2 is too formal...looks like an old state sport representative logo.

#3 is good, but not as good as #1.

I for one, would love to see Perth back in 2014.

Been at Curtin Uni today and saw the new RL pitch next to the fitness centre. Great facilities for our SG ball and elite academy set up.
This is the hockey stadium on campus. Would be great if Hockey moved to AIS in Canberra and we took it over for SG Ball, NSW cup and WARL games!

Latest article on nib stadium development, although it is not very accurate! The amount is wrong (acrtually $95.1mill being spent) and the drawings are from a previous plan and do not show the new eleveations which incorporate the corporate areas. I am also of the understanding that the Sth stand won;t be replaced in this phase but will be part of the West development in phase 2 at a later date. So for what its worth!

Corporate support, 20K crowds in a low cost stadium, value to TV? Most NRL clubs no longer get significant income from pokies and those that do realise that it is an ever reducing income stream. Now if you are talking about funding for jnr development that is a different matter and hopefully where the IC and its billion $'s come into play!
