"We have got a long and storied history of support in the western Sydney community," said Donato, who played 78 first grade matches for Souths.
Coincidence or causality.......its a pretty big coincidence in my book.....
Oh, terribly sorry. I didn't get the memo letting us all know that souffs fans decide how everyone should view their own clubs. Probably like the memo that Melbourne shouldn't have turned up to play last week?Your opinion is irrelevant (see I can play your stupid game too)

Yep Souths fans are all over Australia which is why the whole catchment argument is stupid.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...t-living-deformed-mute-Australian-valley.html

I'll throw in a couple of dollars.I think they are at three fiddy. Benny is scouring the ashtray in his Lambo for some change.
Logan sounds a lot like Balmain. At least Western Sydney Tigers have a fanbase that still have teeth. Reading the shit posted by @Mr Spock! and @Jim Rockford makes me wonder if the brain cells of South Sydney fans are in as bad shape as their teeth.
But that's not what's happening. We have @Mr Spock! and @Jim Rockford heaping shit on Western Sydney Tigers for being a merged entity and prancing around as if South Sydney is holier than Jesus.
I am happy that South Sydney have found success and are thriving. I'd like to see more Sydney clubs become a success story like the Rabbitohs as the game needs it to survive. Western Sydney Tigers have a passionate and loyal fanbase who support them through thick and thin. Not many teams have that. When South Sydney were losing regularly their crowds were pitiful. When they support their team as strongly as Western Sydney Tigers fans have followed their club over the last decade, without enjoying on-field success, then they can beat their chests about how great they are, but until then they're just blowhards showing off.
My club, the Logan Scorpions, ceased to exist at the end of 2002 because they entered the BRL at its most turbulent time and were bled dry by the exorbitant 15 year lease the Logan city Council forced them to sign in 1987. I wish they existed in some capacity, but they don't. Souths Magpies never merged with them, and although they did add Logan to their name, there is no affiliation between the two clubs and the Souths Logan Magpies are just the Souths Magpies with Logan in the middle of their name, based out of their traditional home of Davies Park in West End. It truly sucks having a club that has been dead longer than it was alive.
Thanks! Glad you are so invested in our history and wellbeing.Irrelevant opinion noted.

Dude it's not my fault if your Superleague arguments lay strewn all over the floor.
They were stupid then and they're stupid now.
Now have you protested to the cowboys about the 12 million they rake in in poker machines.
Which is 12 million more than souths.
You know because you care so much about families and equality.
Seeing as though your history is so brief, it's not hard to stay up to date on it. As for your well-being (note the hyphen), the sooner your merged club is gone the better. It just means that once again you'll have to start supporting a different club. Thanks! Glad you are so invested in our history and wellbeing.

We have much in common. I now support the Wests Tigers, you now pledge your loyalty to Blackcourt investments Pty ltd.Seeing as though your history is so brief, it's not hard to stay up to date on it. Meh, Wests and Tigers have already been removed from the comp. Removing Wests Tigers is the next logical step as their fans didn't care kissing their history goodbye when they merged so they probably won't care if they disappeared altogether.Wellbeing without the hyphen is the preferred spelling in the UK and Australia, with well-being being preferred in the USA and Canada.
To be honest I think it would be a more popular decision to remove Souths from the competition than the Wests Tigers. Souths would fit in well with the likes of Norths and Newtown in a lower Sydney based competition.

Yep, it says Tigers fans are meek surrender monkeys while Souths fans are prepared to fight for their club. Says it all really.Na, Wests and Tigers fans did their part for the good of the game. No surprises that a Souths fan would be self-centred enough to believe the game lives and dies with their club. Says it all really.
You're looking at a window into how the rest of us feel about souffs and how the comp went on perfectly well without them until they were readmitted as a charity case, went broke and sold themselves off...Meh, Wests and Tigers have already been removed from the comp. No, by your logic you support Wests Ashfield Leagues Club.We have much in common. I now support the Wests Tigers, you now pledge your loyalty to Blackcourt investments Pty ltd.
Life is about change....
