Why Chatswong? From my time living in the area, it's far more Korean than Chinese. Should be Chatskim or Chatspark.

It's what the kids around here call it.

The area is far more Chinese however. Something like a third of Chatswood residents are ethnic Chinese. About one in eleven are ethnic Korean. It's famous around these parts for being very Chinese. Absolutely love the area.

Weird. When I was living in the area, all I ever heard was people speaking Korean. I must have been in a Korea friendly supermarket. Could also be that it came right after living in Korea and before I'd lived in China, so I was just attuned to it.

If it's based on an episode of Chopped that had the most memorable appetizer round I've ever seen, it would have lemon verbena, barramundi, Vegemite, and a giant frikkin' blue-green gummi snake, all used in some way...

...but I only had crescent-wrapped cheese and hot dogs, and some tator tots
