Pretty sure my stomach is trying to digest itself.

My American girlfriend and I have been eating entirely too much junk of late as she tries to adjust to life in China. Knuckling down and starting on a healthier diet today.

Giving up diet coke and all similar beverages today at 1300hrs following a root canal. Also going on a 3 month no take away mission.

Admirable goal that. I don't know if I could actually survive with no take away in China. One hot plate, a crappy microwave, and no oven :-/

We actually added up what we (I mainly) spend on take away a week and it was scary. I hit the noodle shops pretty hard especially when I'm on night shift.

I just tried the Heaven Rocky Road on stupid Cliffhanger's recommendation and I really didn't like it. I think I should bitchslap her.
I LOVE Heaven chunky cookie and I love Heaven temptations, stupid Cliffhanger soiled my tastebuds and my impression of Heaven ice-cream with her terrible recommendation

I just tried Mars smooth and creamy (mars ice cream bar) and it's really good, it tastes a lot like a mars bar, but smoother and creamier

Finally forced myself to eat a bowl of oatmeal after being sick the past 36 hours. Banana Bake flavour too. Hopefully able to keep it down.

Just got back from a pretty tops Thanksgiving dinner at a local restaurant. Turkey, mashed potato, Greek salad, Caesar salad, corn bread, rolls, cranberry sauce, baked apples, sweet potato, sauerkraut, pumpkin pie, blueberry cheesecake, apple pie, cookies, whipped cream, corn on the cob, and stuffing galore.

Washed it all down with a fine German heff.
