This. It's not that we think WE would do a better job, but more that we think/know there is someone who can do a better job. Case in point would be people calling for Vossy to replace Hadley. Vossy is 1000 times better as a commentator and he's already on the channel 9 payroll. We're not saying we would do a better job, just that Hadley is not the best person for the job.

No one says that outright, but that is the inference. Even your very measured, reasonable opinion (of which I agree with) implies that you know more about sports broadcasting than David Gyngell who is an experienced, knowledgable professional in that role who made the decsion to go with Hadley over Voss. Obviously he chose Hadley and dumped Voss for a reason, but you think its wrong.
