Just re-downloaded Lord of the Rings Online for the first time in a few years. I recall enjoying the setting and the game, so interested to see how it'll play with the new optional purchase content.

Saints row the third. Great fun game! Not quite the GTA beater it was reviewed to be in some places (although I find it way more fun than GTA IV, not as good as San Andreas), the cop AI is pretty bad- but still a really fun game that I will no doubt sink some serious time into.

Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare. The standard one is just terrific, this one by all accounts is pretty damn good!

Still Skyrim, Farcry 3 with NCAA13 for the boredom days.

Have so many games I've got as gifts or purchased to play. I don't think I'll be buying anything new for a while. Although new Gears could change that.

Ok, well considering that I've got a good couple of months until my 2013 games come out, I've decided that I might as well play 5 games from the last few years, and they are;

• GTA IV - seeing as it will be another year (at least) before GTA 5 is released on PC, why not revisit the previous game
• Sleeping Dogs - well this game only cost me $3 and for that price, it impressed me. I wish all $3 games were this good
• Saints Row the Third - another Sandbox game yes, but this game is so awesome with the storyline and weapons, you know that #4 will be just as good.
• Splinter Cell Conviction - This is one of the best Stealth games I've played recently (alongside Hitman Absolution), and with Blacklist set to be released towards the end of Winter, it's quite a good story refresher
• Dirt Showdown - Another game that only cost me $3, and the amount of fun this game delivers is unbelievable.

Would love to see an HD re-release of FF7. The core elements of a great game are there but the Engrish and graphics really don't hold up.

Mind you, I only made it 8 or so hours in (Cloud was reminiscing about some town and you got to play through the memory and then my CD froze right before I was nearly finished that relatively long section and I got cranky :lol

I played it at eb expo and thought it was top. My mate pre ordered it and has been playing it non stop since it came out.

For me, I'm currently having another go at skyrim. Having a good time so far.

I'm a bit like that. I can play Skyrim for hours on end when I get the chance and then I will leave it for weeks. Just a game that keeps on giving! Love it.
