Watched Michael Clayton the other night. After all of the hype it's received, I was perhaps a little underwhelmed. It was good, but not as mind blowing as I'd expected. Still, Tom Wilkinson was amazing (as he always is).

Vacancy. Not bad, but typical slasher fare without anyone actually dying other than the bad guys. Luke Wilson's performance saved it.

I Am Legend. Great movie, awful ending.

The Golden Compass. Not bad if you like fantasy

Return to House on Haunted Hill. Avoid.

Just got done watching No Country for Old Men. That movie has rocketed right up my all time top list. An absolutely classic film. Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, and Tommy Lee Jones are all amazing; the Coen Brothers are masterful as always; and it's just a stellar story well told.

I am Legend - Not too bad. Ending was a bit on the "bleh" side of things though...

School for Scoundrels - Funny. A must for any fan of recent Billy Bob comedies...

I saw Hitman a few weeks ago.

Not too bad, but I felt very disappointed after watching the movie.

I'm venturing out on a limb here and assuming that this isn't the Elisha Cuthbert film?
No.. This is a 2007 movie about 2 girls sent to live with their Aunty after their parents were killed in a car accident.Set in the late 50s in the US.
I know of a few people who could not watch the end ..
Very disturbing to think that people could do the things that are shown in the movie.

Ironic how I post after General Zod.
I saw Superman Returns. I tried to hold back seeing it as I loved Superman 1 and 2. 3 and 4 I wouldn't piss on.
It is excellent and does credit to the first 2 Christopher Reeve films.
If you like Superman get this on DVD. It's awesome.

The Simpsons movie was worse than the current crop of crap they produce on tv of recent times. Saw The Golden Compass - Kids movie.

Finally got around to seeing I Am Legend. The first half of the movie is superb. The sparseness, the silences, the obvious madness that has crept into Lawrence (Smith)'s life... it's all dark and surreal and a pleasure to watch.

The introduction of the infected and their evolution sort of signalled a down turn, and while I wasn't as dissatisfied with the ending as some seem to be, it certainly did stop the film from being really great.
