I got Jaws The Revenge out on video when it released on video probably back in 1989, I remember clearly the Mario Van Peebles character being taken by the shark in the closing sequence but once the shark dies and the yacht sinks his body pops up alive with just a few teeth marks and a bit of blood, the version I recorded off tv has him being taken by the shark then underwater you see him in the sharks mouth and its the last you see of him. This really bugged me so I checked on line and there are two endings, one where you see him live and another not showing anything of him after being in the sharks mouth, also the shark dies when its speared by the yacht, both version show the shark getting speared by the yacht but one also shows the shark exploding for no reason at all when getting speared by the yacht, lol.

What a pile of utter crap
Typical over the top Jason movie .
Typical Hollywood mindless unbelievable action scenes .
Not even looking at Jessical Alba helps .
& Tommy lee Jones looks like he died 5 yrs ago & they dug him up to star with Jason .

Watched Terminator: Genysis last night and what a steaming turd of a movie that was.
I've typed this before...I did not expect much from it....but it was a lot worse than I thought it would be. Total, absolute shit......possibly one of the worst sequels to a classic that I've ever seen (Jaws 4 was watchable, Terminator 5 not).

By the way, for some reason I like Mario Von Peebles. Hard to name a movie that typifies him, but I always seem to like his work.

James Cameron gets the Terminator rights back in a couple of years, he hinted a few years ago that he might do something with it, though he could be gone by the time he is finished the next 3 or 4 Avatar movies.

Finally watched the Water Diviner last night, never interested me but the mrs wanted to watch it. Really enjoyed it, Crowe was excellent. Bit unrealistic in parts but overall a very good movie.

Saw Allied tonight. Very good. Leaves you guessing until the last few minutes. The chick is mega hot which doesn't hurt.

Affleck was a joke at one point in his career. Everything he has touched has turned to gold over the last four years. He performance was by far the best aspect of the Batman movie.

Its almost as if he and matt damon's careers have flipped. When affleck was a bit of a joke damon was making The departed, the bourne movies etc. Now since Afflecks revival i can't remember the last decent Damon movie ( maybe the martian is an exception)

Oh man that was a stinker. Jaws 4 it is too. I loved the bit where the shark outran the plane to get to wherever it was quicker than the plane did. Couldn't get over it. Had to turn it off and stop watching for a few days. Then instantly regretted watching the rest a few days later. I wonder how much Michael Caine got for doing that lol.

Michael Caine made a quote along the lines that he hadn't seen the movie but saw the beautiful house it built....lol.
