Underworld at the cinema. So pointless. Thought I'd at least get some thrills from Beckinsdale but think she is starting to get on a bit. 2/10.

Top Gun....I know the movie is slightly overrated.....but gee I love it. Cruise, McGillis, Kilmer, Edwards, Skerritt are all extremely good. Soundtrack.. oh yes!!!!!

Watched the Truman Show, always good.
Makes you question your own existence.
But then I realised if i was the unwitting star of a reality tv show the company that adopted me would be broken and thousands would lose their jobs because no one would want to watch a show that involved me mainly sitting on my ass scratching my balls with one hand while being on my mobile and getting into arguments with merkins on LU with the other

Classic, though I prefer the sequel. Myth Busters did an episode on this and Marv and Harry would have been killed about 50 times.

Watched Bad Santa 2. If you found the first one funny, you will probably find the sequel funny.

I went to Minto Mall yesterday, and they had a Santa there, and he sounded like a drunk houso!

Loved it. Edgerton and Bateman were excellent, and the tension in the film was subtle and palpable.

I thought it was a brilliant film.

I thought it was ok but couldn't get over the premise that Bateman's character would be welcoming at all to Gordo. I thought it was too big a stretch.

I thought it was fairly realistic, Simon (Bateman) was clearly a guy with very little self-awareness so I doubt he was harbouring a lot of guilt about what happened, and Gordo seemed generally likeable if not slightly awkward without being able to pinpoint why (terrific acting). It was Simon's wife who warmed to Gordo more, Simon couldn't even place Gordo at first and start rejecting him right from that first dinner.

I've had many cases of meeting someone I'm fairly indifferent about or haven't seen in ages, set up a meet out of politeness, and then suddenly realising that wasn't a great move.

Fantastic Beasts- meh- didn't expect much anyway. So bleak, there just nothing fun about it. 5/10

I have never seen a Harry Potter movie and went to it thinking this would be independent from the series. I give it a pass mark and nothing more.

These modern vampire movies blow chunks. Just watch the The Lost Boys again.

Took the kids to watch an advanced screening of Moana...

Loved it...

Being a very proud Polynesian(Maori) family it was really cool to see the look on my kids faces seeing things they were familiar with in a Disney story.

There were a few moments that made me cringe... but at the end of the day it's a nice kids movie.

Would recommend taking your kids when it comes out...
