Used to love playing this game on my PS1 called Poy-Poy, anyone else played it before?

Yes, I mean dont get me wrong I reckon the recent Rugby League games are good, but when you've got a Ray Warren commentating and Fatty popping up every 2 or 3 minutes, its just brilliant, plus the sound effects.

One of the funniest bits was when the players ran into the posts and that sound "PFFFT OHHHHH!!!!. Classic.

And every time Fatty would say something, Rabs would say something like "Incredible stuff from Fatty Vautin that".

I grew up playing a lot of sports games like FIFA, Alan Borders Cricket, EA Sports Cricker 97, PGA Tour.

The best thing about EA Cricket 97 was Richie Benaud's commentary. His game analysis, never get sick of it.

I think there was a game called Leisure suit Larry, apparently it was only for over 15s or 18s. I played it once back in 1999, was quite funny.

Was AB cricket the Australian version of Graham Gooch cricket?

I loved the PGA Tour series on Mega Drive, 1-3 were awesome particularly 3

FIFA International Soccer was good too, Janco Tianno ftw!

Remember playing Jonah Lomu Rugby and was about to score, pressed the dive button to put the ball down and done a 5m dive all the way in to touch haha

I liked arcade games like Daytona USA, San Franciso Rush, Sega Rally, Virtua Striker, NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, Street Fighter vs Xmen etc etc
Don't think you could really do much with a new version of them...arcade gaming is dead

f**k yeah. I used to win the tournaments at Intensity in Hurstville for Daytona, I lived on that shit lol

Arcade gaming isn't dead, I use a Arcade stick for Super Street Fighter 4 on XBL, its alot of fun.

haha i loved the cricket 96 game the drunks on the hill poping up when ya hit a four

and when you hit a batsman with the ball and the comentator pops up

The San Fran series might be still going, I forget? Maybe not.

NFL Blitz is in development for Xbox360 and PS3.
NBA Jam was just released for XBLA and PSN.
Marvel vs Capcom 3 came out this year on Xbox360 and PS3.

And similar games to all of the above still exist...
