....and a much bigger issue than the coach. Our chairman is a bloke whose sole remit is to cut costs and ram through procedural reforms FFS. He doesn't give a copper penis what happens on field.

He's done a great job getting us back on our feet, now is the time to f**k off.

Can you source the bit in bold for me please Baz?

Is that so?
Yep, I don't understand why, but you seem to crave the approval of the posters here. It's extremely important to you that we hold you in high regard, the problem is, that most of us don't, because the you go about it the wrong way. You are so transparent that you are actually working against yourself.

Your bravado "I'm better than everyone here, why do you not see it" act isn't fooling anyone.

Well Max will get paid by his employer whether he has a role at our Club or the winding up of Toys R Us.

So the inference is that he is hanging around to feather his own nest is my fundamental objection. You might recall that he has tried to push through reforms previously and has stated that he was keen to move on.

I also think that it is a slur on the character of a person who seems to be nothing but professional and very much a gentleman. To suggest that he is deferring his exit for financial gain is simply ridiculous.
And maybe even slanderous and libel?

Nice try.

Are you trying to ask a question but actually know the answer, Detective ?
No, for me to know the answer I would have to get up from my PC and look up last years PLC Financial Reports where is was listed exactly how much Ferriers got paid and then hunt down the PLC minutes where a lengthy AGM discussion about the costs were held and where the forecast for future spend was documented.

I can't be bothered doing this and seeing you are adamant that it is heaps and "in the hundreds of thousands", I thought it would just be easier to ask you the number.

Same here dude, I remember hearing it on Talkin Soort when Max was interviewed. It was there or four hundred thousand from memory.

no reforms ?

well I say being salary cap compliant is s big reform from when he took over
Add to that, we have PNRL Board that is now 5/7'ths independent from the PLC Board (for the first time in at least 15 years) meaning that the merkins who get elected to the PLC by winning a public popularity poll are no longer automatically given total control of the footy club.
