Relax boys we don't need to worry about winning or losing this game....We have Imposter Referee Peter Gough.....enough said.
The game will turn into American football with forward passes and offside plays all game.

He will decide who wins this game and the NRL will just say sorry referees do make mistakes but we don't drop them.

We have a reasonable record under him from memory.

I don't know what to expect from Saints. I honestly thought they would get flogged last week but seem to hold on and lose only by 12 with a dud call. Lost by a try and 4 goals in the end as Saints had no goalkicker. Storm will be hard though as Bellamy will want them to put the foot on the throat if they get to a lead to bump up his for and against. Sharks are only 17pts behind. They will want top 4 sewn up quick smart to rest before last round of the comp.

Yep, agreed Slip unfortunately. We envisaged big scores against us in the past few games but they didn't really eventuate. I'm thinking that this game against the team I detest as much as the Bulldogs will be a high scoring one by the purple team.

We only lost by small margins because the other teams did not play well. Souths were horrible and we were worse. Unless we do something drastic against storm they wont make the same mistake in letting us off the hook, no pun intended :)

If Carr and his defensive tacticians had sufficiently coached out the single habit of wingers running in off the line we would have won all three of the last games. An abundance of positivity would be in the air.

Instead, for all the hard effort we have nothing to show for it.

As a supporter we’ve been watching this happen all season.

Is it really that much to ask that this gets seen to?

And so - spoiler alert - Storm will exploit this and more and the season will go from bad to worse.

The side has been coached to do this for the past two years & with muscle memory it’s probably too late in the season for Carr to change it. I’m sure it’ll be different next season.
