 at Luck being one of the greats. Does his job well though and puts in.
He really is! It's a travesty that he hasn't been selected for Queensland yet.

They'll struggle to make the eight let alone the top four. At best they'll scrape through unless there is a dramatic turnaround. So far this season they have gone backwards from last year.
Bluey's the one who thought he could just waltz in and win the thing. He shot his mouth off that he was gunna do it easy. Sure, I be disappointed if that wasn't his plan, but realistically, did he really think it'd be easy?
Warriors are reknown for dramatic turnarounds...and it is still very, very early in the season. Better to be crap at this end.
Would anyone be prepared to put money on the Storm being in the GF? I wouldn't. They're obviously the team to beat atm...a few injuries, or slump, it can all change. How about the favourites of a few weeks ago, the Tigers? Still on one win. But you can pretty much guarantee they will fire soon (probably when we ****ing play them)
thats Bluey.
He has a totally different philosophy to the job than Ivan, its ruffling feathers at the moment but it will be successful once its accepted.

It's ruffling feathers because it appears completely incompetant, not because it is new and radical.
My source says that Bluey is not providing any kind of constructive criticism or feedback to the players post match and during the week. Everyone is going good is about what they get. I gotta say I really liked Ivan but wasn't too disappointed he was going because I was also excited about getting Bluey. That excitement is quickly fading.
You get the vibe that Cleary gave his non-performers a right roasting if they played up, whereas with Bluey it seems like a case of "bit of a tough week aye? lolz she'll be right bro".
Unless you're Inu.
I don't think Cleary was a bad coach...not at all...but I never liked the boring style all that much.
But all this 'bring back Ives' is quite amusing...some have short memories of some appalling games, awful slumps...it might be worth going back and finding a few topics to bump...
Such as the "SOS: Bluey" thread after our opening 3 losses last season.

Or something even more ironic. "So it's Round 5, does Cleary stay or go?"

I went trawling here yesterday as far back as 2006, near round 5 of the season, and found a fair few posts questioning Cleary's ability (as well as a very entertaining thread about Simon Mannering and Nicky Watson ). Some of the posts were from people still regular on the forums now. So yeah, it'll happen regardless of who the coach is and how much experience he has....It's round five, does Cleary stay or go...?
That topic doesn't mention in the title, 'It's round five of his first year, does Cleary stay or go' though! That was round five of '10, following our worst Warriors year of them all...

...I think the thing that grates is hearing how Ives could do no wrong, Cleary this, Cleary that, Cleary craps gold ingots etc. Like his reign was 100% perfect and he was this supercoach that lead us to multi success.
He was okay, he did some good stuff. There was also some shocking stuff and some head scratchers of his own.
