Hard to go past Brad Thorn.

Matt Rogers was ironically held back by his utility value. You could slot him in anywhere in the backline and he'd go OK, so they'd keep him on the bench as coverage rather than really allowing him to develop in and hold down one position. Sailor and Tuquiri both had much more one-dimensional games; not that either was a bad player, but their value was solely as a winger and that's all they were really used for.
