He dived, there is no doubt. The truth is all in the context

You get smacked in the face walking down the street and you stop and clutch your face.

You run at 2 guys on a footy field and get smacked in the face you suck it up and keep going.

It deserved a penalty ftr but the dive was soft as, blood or no blood.

BTW, Cowboys fans shouldnt be complaining about the incident costing them the game though. They had Souffs put away and clocked off, Thursto being the biggest culprit

Just heard an interview with him on fox sports and he said it is a penalty every day of the week.

For the sake of clarity, Harrigan said it was incorrect to award a penalty if the video ref didn't recommend it be put on report.

The tackle itself was high and deserving of a penalty. It just seems like the on-field refs missed it.

On that basis, Cowboys were not hard done by at all.

That said, Luke did seem to play it up and I wouldn't be too critical if he was fined for something like that (not sure where the rules sit on something like that). A suspension would be way over the top, though.

just like the replay of sandow earlier in the year who got smacked in the head, eyes starting to roll etc, but then stopped and kept going when he realised that he had a gap open up in front of him..

Anyone would do it.. The ref missed it and Issac needed to make it obvious there was contact with the head.
