Who sold the Dragons the calendar with a missing August?

If Dragons fans have had to put up with Broncos fans crowing about this win, I'll tell you why. Just about every time the Illawarra side comes to Brisbane, they walk away with two points. So the relief of getting a rare win against you guys at Lang Park (plus the fact we needed the points) is what would drive some of my less cultured brothers to act a little unsporting.

Besides you merkins love singing your stupid f**king songs all the way back to Roma Street when you get a win, so you can suck it up this time.

Whats wrong with singing? I know it's not Brisbane fans thing to do but it adds some atmosphere before during and after.. It's a pity Broncos fans don't, given the size of crowds each week it would sound awesome.

It's posters like Dragon, Ronnie Dobbs and Kiki that I hope the St George Illawarra Dragons come good and win their first premiership yet it's arsewipes like you, Cleary89, Thommo4pm, Ulysses or however the dumb daptodog spells his name, that want me to see the Dragons choke again.

Unfortunately for the decent Dragons fans, especially here, the ratio of decent people to utter f**kwits is 1:100.

It was a low game today, one of the lowest of the season.

I wouldn't be panicking if I were a happy dragon fan though.

Well placed in a tight comp - best place to be is at the front, exactly where you are and exactly where you DESERVE to be. ;-)
The irony of that sh*t coming from you is hilarious.

I really don't mind souths that much but when it comes to knobends like yourself i hope you don't win another premiership until man lands on pluto.

Can someone help me out.
I have trawled the herald website for the 2010 city to surf results but i can't find em anywhere
I know it's been run because St Merge's annual choke starts the weekend of the city 2 surf and the choke started about 3 weeks ago.

Did Deek or Monas win ??

Oh dear, is that supposed to be funny?

I'm not a dragons supporter (Knights actually), but from where i sit, Saints are still coming first and the GF is not for another 2 months. So, i'm pretty sure they haven't choked on anything yet.

Any of you boys familiar with being 'premature'?

That was a pretty poor attempt at being funny. I hope that's not the best you have in terms of comedy.

i want to see a team to have balls and try to play an attacking game against the dragons.

So far every game this year against the dragons has been a defensive style .

The blow out scores have been by the dragons where the opposition teams couldnt maintain thier defence

Lets be honest, if a team with a 39yo past it Priddis at 9, hornby at 7 and that jumped up prancing turnstile soward at 6 can win a comp then rugby league is in a bad bad way. Beaugenius scott would rival D Fitzhenry and J Cronk for being the first immortal in the House With No Steps Hall of Fame and they are pinning their hopes on 2 past it centres, both of whom have a long and dubious history of choking when it matters and when the blowtorch is applied to their arse.

The way you talk down people, I can only assume you have the sporting prowress of Michael Phelps, Federer, Usain Bolt, Chris McCormack & Greg Inglis all rolled into 1.
Hell can you put on a jersey this weekend and have a run around for the Dragons?

Would you also like the other team to put out the red carpet and pat the Dragons players on the back while they're on their way to score a try?

Have you actually seen the Dragons play? It's their defense that wins them games, not their flamboyant attack!

This gets my vote for worst post ever.... Gaba you've really outdone yourself here just when it was nearly impossible for you to do so.

its you people who are complaining about the dragons attack and wanting to see it .

Opposition teams arent confident in playing attacking football against the dragons .

Attack for attack the dragons will match it, the opposition teams know that ,hence why the opposition teams will try to take the dragons on in a defensive game. They are more likely to be in the game and hope for some luck to get the win.

So far this year every team who played the dragons , been a match of a defensive style and some teams have still be blown away by the dragons

The other sides in the comp are keeping a trick up their sleeve same as last year. Trick the Dragons into false confidence that they're the best side in the comp. Last year Parramatta and Brisbane kept their best for last, rising to a new level, and outdoing them come finals time. Whereas St Gillawarra just sat on their hands and assumed that by sticking to their game plans from the regular season, it would be good enough. It wasn't. Same thing will happen this year, it'll just be different teams they'll fall to.

It seems that, except for Roosters, the other top 4 teams are in quite a slump.

Tigers look inept. Dragons don't know how to attack, Panthers are up and down.

If the Roosters can improve thier defence, they will stand a very good chance of winning the title.

At this time of the year, form is more important than anything else and at this stage, roosters are spanking everyone's arse.

Next few weeks will be interesting, Chooks game could make or break them.

Also it isn't JUST Broncos fans labeling the Dragons as chokers, every club is doing it.

For mine, this is nothing but a gee up. Just like the Broncos are our Bitches thread _Johnsy came up with last year.

Will say I was happy with the performance given the quality of our roster and what made it so sweet was the quality of our opposition.
