Bowie...two very different players but Bowie was a better finisher for mine and a classic winger for that era.

As much as I liked Terry Fahey (who was built and ran like Mal Meninga) I most remember him for having one of the worst semi-final games in first grade history playing for Souths against Manly I think (missed tackles, dropped balls and let 3 tries in before half time from memory)...it was such a shocker that even Rex Mossop (a Manly legend and hard man) said he felt sorry for him in the commentary.

A lot harder to compare considering one played front row or second row, whilst the other played centre or five eight.

Though I'd go for Beetson personally. Whilst he may not have had the "flash" that Fulton did, he was incredibly skillful with ball playing skills that were incredible, he could run very quickly over 20 metres as he had great acceleration, was strong as an ox, and could hit like an axe when tacking. Fact he played for as long as he did, in an era where playing in the forwards was brutal, he gets my vote. Also his organisational sense, he could read a game as well as players like Wally Lewis, Peter Sterling, Ricky Stuart and Andrew Johns did at their peak.
