He missed the simple penalty goal, but missing a penalty goal at 14-4 with 10 minutes to go doesn't automatically mean that you go on to lose the match. The Taufua try off the ridiculous bounce was amazing, and then Boyd's missed field goal from 25m out was bad .. but also at the end of the day how many times will a guy kick a 45m field goal from near the sideline off one step?

Yep, I think it's rough to say Mullen was completely at fault there. He could have snapped a shot off, but he was very close and figured that we had time to burn up our sleeves and that maybe we could finish the half down this end of the field.

Most shattering loss in a long time. We absolutely dominated that game on all fronts but the same players just keep letting us down. Uate's incompetence both positionally and under the high ball are just too much of a liability, Gidley is just killing us with his nothingness and enough has already been said about Boyd.

Having these 3 players in our team is an advantage to the opposition, especially Uate, you can guarantee 2 or 3 tries let in by his stupidity alone.

This loss has killed any hope for me and I can only imagine how the players who put in huge efforts feel. We must be sure things for the spoon now, I can't see the boys getting up for another big game again this year. A few hidings coming our way me thinks.

No. Gidley is absolutely rubbish and is the worst player in our team bar none.
