He is twenty one years old, if we are relying on a twenty one year old to be a leader we have big issues honestly. He just needs to focus on playing footy, and preferably just doing the thing he can do of running hard instead trying to make the hero plays at this point. The best glimpses of him so far have all been when he just beats his opposite man with his strength.
Good points but surely you gotta get rid of an underperforming highly paid fwd and retain this guy. He oozes great potential.

Rouse Hill Rhinos
Have done nothing but cause damage to this joint

Penisini was the shining light and even he has been rhinoed

Not sure what our Strength and conditioning gurus do.

Will must watch games and see himself getting burnt by players because he is slow..

If I saw that I would be going into my office season working on my weaknesses..

Penisini's leadership also used to be touted in puff piece media articles by the club.

He's shown absolutely no leadership (or interest) at all, while his on field performance after initially showing some potential has steadily declined to Waqa Blake levels.

Ryles should tap him, and we can let the private school attending, rugby union recruit in waiting f**k right off early to re-join his type in the other code asap.

He has no idea in defence, just like some of his team mates. Goes in when the inside man has the player marked, stays out when the inside man is beaten, and often leaves his winger with no hope.

He also drops the ball way to much. I'm over him.

Yeah, he needs improve defensively but the whole team has been poor defensively all year.

But his attack was pretty decent last night, apart from a poor pass.

He made an impressive 157 m from 15 runs. Had 8 TB, 2 LB, 1 LBA and 1 TA. That's on par if not better then what the 2 roosters centres Manu, Sua'alii produced...

So there is plenty to work with, and still pretty young. I remember when Best/Ramien were younger and they both had a poor season or 2, and there were some questions about them. But they turned it around.

Will appears to be naturally very gifted in terms of athleticism and strength. But he seems somewhat uncoordinated for mine. Ball handling and passing skills are below par.
I have wondered whether he might make an extremely good winger in the To'o mold......he is very strong, and runs hard/breaks a lot of tackles....

Like any outside back, his form depends on how well the middle holds up, especially in defence.

I agree. Centres look good when team is playing well.
I remember D.Vaeleki in 2001. Looked origin class. So did Jason Moodie.(I think he played origin)
Then 2002 come and reality hit.
