No thanks. Mason is a hinderance more than an asset. His attitude has let him down in the past and forced him out of 2 NRL clubs, I wouldn't even offer him the bare minimum 55k. It's not like we're short on props, and even for depth I'd rather we give the young blokes a go that give 100% every week and would relish the opportunity of playing first grade as opposed to an over the hill Willie Mason with his poor reputation.

Carney on his day is a world class player. He led Roosters to a GF just like Hayne did for us. If we hadn't of bought Roberts, would have been interesting to see if we had of gone for him. His last incident was having a drink and leaving. WOW I should be locked up for life then

For what he'd offer on the field, we would already cover it with whoever turn out to be our backup props.

Fui's the only aggressive/feared forward we've got.

The rest are a bunch of sheilas as far as fearsome goes.

Don't get me wrong. They are good players. But not feared.
