That's amazing business by the Flange. Woods is killing it by playing a simple game. He really benefits from being lower profile in this pack. No pressure to do any more than his job. Will be ready to step up next season

Faarrkk how stupid are the dogs not to pay the extra 250k to keep him. Woods signing should prove just as fruitful as the Fifi and Barba signings where others paid significant freight.

Woods has been really good for us since joining the team, but against the Cowboys was his best game yet.

He ran hard and straight and still kept an excellent passing/offloading game, and defended very well.

Anyone notice lately he has brought (or Flanno has adopted for him as he can ball play) Hasler's diamond shape attacking structure with him that used James Graham as an alternative half or battering ram as required, and he is playing first receiver a lot?

I like it, it is much more sophisticated than we usually play. It looks to be working well, allowing quick play the balls when Woods hits it up, and quick spreads when he passes.

Part of the reason Fifita is getting fewer minutes is Wood's great form. And that is pissing Fifita off and making him play well. Win/Win.

Just wish Woodsy would put his foot to the ball when he plays it in the rucks. He is up there with the 'old' fiffs.
