We don't need rule changes. 'Stormball' only dominates the NRL. Everywhere else is fine because we don't give a shit how it looks on TV. Start enforcing the rules so clubs can't cheat, don't bring in stupid shit like 3 markers allowed to stand anywhere.

I am not sure I would say everywhere else is fine.
Most of the talking heads suggest that RL participation numbers are dropping. There are concerns at junior levels about the advantages massive kids have and the dangers that posses to smaller kids.
Moving towards a skilled, passing based game and away from a behemoth charging up the guts based game (which would be addressed by allowing your 3 markers to defend anywhere behind the advantage line) would tip the advantage in favour of small skilful kids.
We also want women to take the game up in large numbers. This fact alone should be enough for us to take a fresh look at our rules and make sure they align with where we won't to go not where we were 50 years ago.
