Capewell's efforts were much more frequently bad than Roberts. Roberts' plays certaintly led to the loss, no doubt about it.

But, Capewell was much worse than Roberts. Souths would have won comfortably without him.

Pretty much a tie. Dont forget that it was Roberts as well that missed 2 one on one tackles on Wing that led to 2 of Souths tries as they were coming back.

Seen plenty worse. He gutsed it out in the end and came up with the match winner. A bit of catching practice and the kid will be a champion. Don't forget, he was not a fullback as a junior. I hope Taylor sticks with him. That Webster kid for the Broncos had a similar game against the Panthers the other week. Everyone has a bad game occasionally, its how you come back from it that counts. Justin Hodges anyone?

Capewell had a shocker, I deadset saw him drop the ball bringing it back, before he did it.

He is better than that, but it is up to him on how he comes back from it.

At least he got a small bit back by scoring a double.

Neither deserve a hammering to be totally honest... Roberts had plenty of brain farts in the last 17 minutes tonight, but he did a lot of good work much earlier in the game.

Any Ben Te'o match over the past six weeks.

Any John Morris game where he has played halfback.

Shannon McDonnell vs Brisbane.

You obviously haven't seen Eric Grothe play this year

Yeah, I have to agree here.

Capewell definitely had a MASSIVE shocker. The flinch when not even contesting the bomb for Crisp's try did me. I think it also showed that he is not a fullback. Period.

Capewell, however, showed massive heart to stick it out and score some good tries. He's definitely got talent and has a bright future.

Grothe, however, personally gifted the much better drilled Manly side a huge lead very early in the Eels match against them. Reeling in the Dogs in their current state is one thing, doing it against a tight and tough outfit like Manly is another.

Grothe didn't reclaim much pride in that game, but rather went on to produce a few more shockers before finally being dropped.

This is a very experienced player playing on the wing, compared to a virtual baby playing in the pressurised position of fullback.

No contest, Eric is king in this competition.

How can you have picked Manu earlier from that Manly match? The whole team suffered. Badly he wasn't the only one, for once! lmao

Other Warriors I'd pick on thou:

Jerome Ropati (vs Sea Eagles at Mt Smart)
Lance Hohaia (same as above)
Grant Rovelli (vs Panthers- on the road)
