Worst injuriers ever

Robbie O Davis comes to mind. His nose falling off was pretty horrific to look at. Forgotten the actual game the Knights were playing but yeah that was NASTY!

Against the Wests Tigers in 03 at Newcastle, collided with Robbie Beckett.

It was very similar to Steve Waugh's injury against Sri Lanka in 99 after collided with Gillespie's knee. Nose was bent the other way.

John Farragher's is definately the worst, ended his career.

Anthoner one that comes to mind, Danny Sullivan. A promising career ended with injury. He injured his knee in a Reserve Grade game in 2002, very promising forward, had plenty of potential. Pretty much missed two years of football, then played for the Warriors but wasnt the same player.

George Rose in 2007. I remember watching that one and they showed the replay ad nauseum. Billy Slater got fugged up badly in that game too with a fracture to his face.

I remember David Walsh from the Steelers dislocating his hip in the early 90's. That was up there with the worst I've seen.

In a reserve grade match a few years back, Michael Dobson ruptured the ACL (and possibly the PCL, can't remember properly) in both knees in the one tackle.

Happened right in front of me, I've never heard a player scream so loudly.

Glen Lazuras breaking his leg playing for Australia (may have been Super League). His leg just collapsed under him......very sickening to watch.

Laurie Daley's compound fracture on his finger during an origin wasn't pretty either. A fair bit of bone poking through the skin.

Balmain - outstanding second row prospect named Bruce Parnell who came through at the same time as Sirro. Badly broken leg and never played again. Made a comeback as a boxer.

Taniela Tuaki - broken ankle

the caine leg was terrible but for mine steve rogers broken jaw was a real shocker-thank f**k he still had intact skin cause otherwise his jaw would've been in pieces on the ground.

Frano Botica leg break for the Warriors in the 90's. Wasn't actually watching league at the time, but recall seeing it on the news and it wasn't pretty.
