Suttons talented he just cant be assed. Blokes that have shown some sort of form at some stage shouldn't qualify although his latest paycheck to do sweet FA could make him an exemption

Faumuina was a good player at the Raiders, only left because he was homesick.

TBH all I can really remember is Legend calling him a nuffie... but he was certainly good in his first couple of years back in NZ, before his ego and drinking seemed to take over. Was definitely damaged good when the Cowboys signed him.

Luke Covell was a cult hero at the sharks. Has no place in any of these squads. He was 2 points away from breaking the sharks points in a game record and was the top pointscorer for the whole NRL in 2008. A very smart and capable footballer who was candid about his shortcomings and made a lot of bigger named opponents who were marking up on him look silly. Cov ftw!

Agree. Covell belongs in the same company as Tongue and Hallligan- footballers who made the most of limited talent and ended up being far more valuable to and loved by their clubs than many more naturally talented players. Guys who maybe should have been nuffies but through hard work and determination elevated themselves above that level.

Sione would have been alot better for us up north if he actually looked where he passed.

Thing with players like that is they only work if they have guys around them looking for the no look passes, when he was at the Warriors that was one of the trademarks of our game so he probably got conditioned into doing it then. Doesn't work when you move clubs and your new teammates aren't waiting for the pass to come.

1. Shannon McDonnel
2. Daniel Fitzhenry
3. Beau Champion (can't remember a bloke who cannot read defence as badly as this bloke)
4. Adrian Purtell
5. Michael Bani
6. Michael Witt
7. Tim Smith
8. Kane Cleal
9. Ian Lacey
10. Aaron Cannings
11. Carl Webb (c) superstar of over-rated players. Fat nuffie
12. Ashton Sims
13. Phil Bailey

14. Shane Perry
15. Jeff Robson
16. Jarrod Hickey
17. Dane Carlaw

I'm sure there are some glaring ommisions to the team but these blokes have all put in great efforts to be recognised as utter tripe. Well done to all.

Thats an ordinary outfit. And a good call on a lot of them. There are rep and premiership players in there.

If anyone has an old ps2 with NRL 2 on it then just pull up the teams on that, bound to be some beauties in there.

Paulson didn't play in 2007, Paea and Williams didn't play enough games....

Any team that does not include Michael Bani, should immediately be disqualified.......
