Meh.

Doesn't do much for me. Christian carried him to a decent match once.

Black Goldberg. He even used to play NFL.

His finisher will give people another finisher to whinge about other than Samoa Jamal's.

He's fairly charismatic, which will probably get him over. I'm not a fan of his in ring work though.

I'd laugh if Vince put him up the top of the card and if people actually knew who he was.

He looks better than that now, to be fair. That must be an old photo. Last time I saw him, he was ripped.

Much better on the mic than lashley, but is not too talented in the ring. He can have the occasional good match, but you won't see him wrestle for longer than ten minutes.

Has plenty of charisma and reminds me very much of the Rock when on the mic, but obviously not as good. And he is more ripped than that.

Regarding Kevin Federline, his original intention was to just be backstage at the WWE Supershow in Los Angeles, but WWE asked him to make a cameo appearance on the show. His appearance was only meant to be a one-time thing for publicity after Cena gave him the FU. However, Federline had a great time at the show and asked to come back for another week or two. The door is being left open for him to make more appearances, although it all depends on his schedule. Federline received $15,000 for each of his appearances on RAW.

After suffering a torn meniscus in his left leg at Tuesday's SmackDown tapings, Dave Taylor will have surgery later today to repair the injury. He is expected to be out of action for three to four months.

Former wrestler Ron Simmons has taken a new role in WWE as Ambassador for Public Affairs. WWE.com caught up with Ron Simmons regarding his new role. Click here for the article.

so more similiar to lashley?

Pretty much what Ben said. Can't wrestle as good as Lashley, but he is way more charismatic. If you put him with the right guy he'll have a good match. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the main event soon enough.

Excellent news about Harry Smith, not so excellent news about Ted DeBiase.

WWE has had some preliminary conversations with Joy Giovanni, 28, about a possible return to the company. Giovanni was an original Diva Search contestant who ended up being hired in spite of being eliminated early. WWE released Giovanni from her contract in July 2005.

WWE will be releasing a book on famous finishing maneuvers next month. The cover features Shawn Michaels superkicking Kurt Angle.

Kane will be doing some publicity work in the form of several autograph signings next month to promote the DVD release of See No Evil. Visit WWE.com for more details.

 poor old angle.

The big international star is Bob Sapp, but Meltzer only says there's a 50% chance of him signing, sice he still gets a lot of movie and MMA work, and WWE wants "to own its top stars"

The big national star is Monty Brown, he's probably going to sign a contract unless one of the arties makes an outrageous demand.

Lita is done around Survivor Series.

Big Show is really really beat up, and has a contract renewal due in February. He is still undecided about re-signing. He is probably going to do WrestleMania against Hogan, then take a hiatus or retire. He's probably going to drop the ECW title soon, and right now the only viable candidate is RVD, although Vince is pretty opposed to ehat idea.

LOL, Vince must still be pissed off about Angle.

And seriously i don't see the point of rehiring Giovanni. Although i love the ladies, she is nothing more than eye-candy which both rosters are full of.

But it's just what they need! Another non talented chick! I mean, why push Nattie Neidhart and Beth Phoenix whom they already have on their books and can actually wrestle, when they can rehire JOY GIOVANNI?!?:1

More from the Observer on Big Show.

Big Show's contract is up in February and he is considering retirement. He's hurting bad right now, so he's off the house shows and preparations for him dropping the belt have been made. Vince doesn't want RVD to win the belt, so the options right now are; Test, Sabu or Sandman. Big Show turned down a 5 year deal worth 1 million per year, which shocked the company. The feeling is that he'll leave in February, but might work a Mania program with Hogan.

Bob Collins, a long-time promoter with WWE who worked on WrestleMania III, has been regularly covering the Detroit area in the build to WrestleMania 23. He has been telling Ford Field officials that the only match WWE has decided upon for the show is Hulk Hogan vs. The Big Show. However, that match is not 100% certain for the time being. Though, if it does end up taking place, it could very well be the final wrestling match for not one star, but both stars.

Big Show's contract expires in February and he is in a great deal of physical pain nowadays. Big Show legitimately weighs 520 pounds, finds traveling very difficult, and has already been taken off of most minor ECW house shows. Due to these problems, plans are being made to get the ECW title off of him soon. The problem with this is that Rob Van Dam is the only ECW wrestler in a good position to win it, yet Vince McMahon has been said to be determined to not to let him be the champion again following his arrest the last time around. McMahon also feels RVD cannot draw as a champion, although other WWE officials believe the crowds will be the same no matter who has the belt.

Big Show has been telling people that he is considering leaving wrestling next year and going into acting, since his size and comedic personality makes him rather unique and should get him plenty work. His original contract, signed in 1999, was $950,000 a year for ten years. It was renegotiated in 2000 when management felt he wasn't working hard enough and sent him to Ohio Valley Wrestling, with Jim Ross cutting it down to $1,000,000 a year for eight years. Eventually, Vince got irritated about paying that much for anybody in developmental and they just took him as he was in early 2001.

John Laurinaitis started talking to him about a new deal recently, which involved a major pay cut. After Kurt Angle left the company, WWE had more money available for wages and he was offered a five-year extension at the same wage, which he turned down. The company was shocked by his rejection, yet Big Show doesn't believe that he can continue due to the severe pain he is experiencing. His back is shot and he fears that he may start rapidly physically deteriorating like Andre the Giant did at around the same stage of his life.

Because they cut back his dates, he has agreed to work through February unless things get extraordinarily bad. He will then take a hiatus and hopefully recover enough to return for WrestleMania. Big Show is in a secure financial position, but he may never be able to handle a full-time schedule again. He has not confirmed anything about WrestleMania yet, but the feeling is that he will work the show due to Hogan's involvement unless he is physically incapable

Looks like he's done, if he's turning down a million per year.

WWE.com posted the following message:

Sources tell WWE.com that Rey Mysterio will be at Friday Night SmackDown in Milwaukee next week to say goodbye. Friends of Mysterio say the former World Champion may actually announce his retirement. Those close to Rey say he is emotionally stressed following the months of struggle with former friends Vickie and Chavo Guerrero.

As reported several times before, he is expected to have knee surgery soon, which will keep him out of action for six months. The surgery was originally planned to occur back in July, but it was held off for his storyline with Chavo and Vickie Guerrero.

Eric Bischoff is in fact under contract to WWE until July. Regarding his future plans past Cyber Sunday, several ideas have been proposed to him for bringing him back full-time, but he hasn't liked any of the ideas thus far. Also, there is an internal debate regarding Bischoff within WWE. He is considered to be a very good TV performer, and considering that WWE is lacking top heels, he could be used on TV - perhaps in a managerial role to get a heel or heel stable over. However, there are some bad feelings with people regarding his book, though nobody will say so publicly. Also, Bischoff doesn't want to do anything that would look anti-climatic in contrast to his run as GM.

It is considered to a better than 50% chance that former TNA headliner Monty Brown will be signing with World Wrestling Entertainment within the next few weeks. The ball seems to be in his court because its up to him if he will take WWE's offer. The only potential hold-up is said to be if he asks for something out of the ordinary when it comes to the road schedule or money.
