I've got to say it (even as a fan of Reigns) he really needs to expand his moveset. There's only many spears and superman punches I can see before I wonder if he actually has anything else.

Oh, and his running around the ring knee thing too.

Here is what I don't get about current storylines. The Shield breaks up with Rollins laying out both Reigns and Ambrose and joining The Authority.

- Ambrose spends most of his time trying to get back at Rollins
- Reigns is all just "whateva!"

Reigns is busy being all like 'I want a title'.

Speaking of the title match, one of my favourite moments was Sheamus kicking Cena in the face, then shouting "YOU CANT SEE ME FELLA!" I just can't help but like him, he just needs a heel turn about as bad as Cena.

Nice!

AJ Lee too.

Might be an idea to get a PPV thread up for Battleground. Nothing wrong with your post Eele, but I came in here to discuss MitB and ended up learning about this piece of awesome news.

Sorry, mate - I tried looking for the Raw thread, but all I could find was this , and I thought it would be ok.

I have a lot of time for Sheamus when he's not playing a face who acts like a heel. He's had more than one feud where, as the face, he's basically carried on like an asshole and it just annoyed me. His feud with Sandow was full of that crap.

Speaking of little verbal moments, I loved when Sandow (as Paul Revere) shouted out 'The elbow is coming! The elbow is coming!' before dropping an elbow on Rose.

I don't know why they're insisting on jerking a talented promo cutter and generally good wrestler around, but I can only hope it's testing his ability to suck it up before they give him a genuine push.

And what does everyone think of a face Jack Swagger + Zeb Coulter?

People f**king love saying "We the People", so it makes sense to give it a go. I don't think he makes a great face, but Rusev (and Lana) are so hated that it won't much matter for the duration of their feud.

Let's hope they don't bog it down in stupid debates or gimmicks.

Just saw this promo - creepy awesome!

I really like Stardust. Rhodes is showing remarkable versatility to not only alter his persona, but completely change up his moveset as well. He's clearly having a lot of fun with it as well.

This used to be the Raw thread, but with people discussing Smackdown in here and most of the recent talk being MITB related anyway, it didn't make sense to have an individual Raw thread.

Makes sense.

I finally got Foxtel after three years of not having it, and my first point of order was to watch Raw. It was awesome - specially when Jericho came out.

And Khali looks to have let himself go a bit...

That's my biggest complaint about face Sheamus as well, if he's going to act like a hell just make him a f**king heel.

That was great, all of the shit Sandow says and does is gold. They've got him stuck with a stupid gimmick at the moment, but much like Bo he is making that shit work.

No match for Bo at MITB or Raw. Is he injured?

Cool to see Y2J back. I wish he did a repeat of his last comeback though. That was hilarious.

MITB was alright but I've come to expect great from MITB. I think Cena winning left a bad taste in my mouth. I know him winning makes sense I'm just tired of Cena's music ending every bloody PPV.

also I can't believe that MITB has been around for almost a decade.

I'm very bias as RVD has been my favorite since I got into wrestling but he has been on fire this past month. the way he sells Rollins curb stomp looks awesome.

So Emma was fired and rehired all within an hour...

I'm glad they relented. It would have been the height of hypocrisy to fire Emma over something very minor and likely accidental, but keep idiots who have been done for DUIs and bribery (like Cameron, as I've read elsewhere) on the books.

So yesterday, WWE Diva Emma - real name Tenille Dashwood - was arrested for allegedly shoplifting a $21.14 iPad case from a Walmart in Hartford, CT. She was charged with "misdemeanor larceny in the 6th degree." Within a day's time, she went to court and was sentenced to one day of community service. Emma's lawyer maintained that the whole thing was a mistake that happened while using a self-checkout machine.
This afternoon, WWE.com posted the following...
WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Diva Emma as of today, July 2, 2014. WWE wishes Emma the best in all her future endeavors.
We all know how much the WWE hates bad press. Plus, they happen to be in the midst of some serious budget cuts.
But about a little over an hour later (and a notable amount of online complaints), the WWE seemed to change their minds about the entire thing.
Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law.
Wrestlezone speculates that the WWE may have initially fired her because the arrest would have violated her work visa, making it so she'd have to return to her home country of Australia. And that perhaps they were able to clear up the visa issue, allowing them to reinstate her.
So Emma was jobless for small moment there this afternoon. It still remains to be seen if or how she could be punished on WWE TV or backstage (lose a ton of matches or not be featured at all or given an actual shoplifting gimmick, etc.), but for now she's got a paycheck.
