When I read this report on ESPNFC I just laughed. I wonder what Gotze is trying to achieve.

I doubt we will lose Countinho this off season. He's been too hot and cold this season to attract the Real's or Barca's of this world.

In other news, ESPNFC are reporting Liverpool are interested in signing Raphael Guerreiro from Lorient. He's a left back, he's 22, played in 34 games this past season scoring 3 goals. If accurate this guy sound more like the replacement for Moreno than Chilwell.

Thing is Dortmund are also interested in him too.

Well whoever we sign, Moreno won't be our starting fullback. He was given a chance by Klopp to respond and improve, but he flopped. He's just a failed winger with no defensive sense. Some stupid fans get sucked in by his last ditch slide tackles. That's the only aspect of his defensive game. And I hate it when people say, 'oh but he's good going forward'. He's not! He can't cross, he can't shoot, he can't beat defenders, and he's one-footed. Sorry Moreno but your time is up.

Haha you lot are certainly a much more attractive option these days mate. It's a transfer window as well so the old LFC and Spurs interest in the same players stories will begin to surface.

Just read some news on another site from a poster who is usually well informed and connected to the club. FSG are apparently in talks with 2 parties about selling the club. The talks are apparently more advanced than anyone is letting on. Doesn't mean any sale will happen, guess it just means FSG are starting to employ an exit strategy.

Same poster also said not to rule out Gotze happening.
