Yeah Everton fans generally have the same feeling towards the paper.
This video went viral of an Everton fan at Glasgow airport shoving free copies of the Sun into a bin.

Anyway, that game was really fun to watch. I don't think there was one bad performer.

* Mignolet - He was okay, made a great save, but his pass to Lucas and his flapping at a particular cross let him down
* Milner - was very good
* Clyne - Decent
* Matip - very good
* Lucas - stitch-up aside, very good
* Henderson - very good, wonderful ball to Mane, however his tendency to sky sitters over the crossbar is infuriating
* Gini - was okay. He hasn't stood out for us yet, but he's still being effective enough without being great at the same time, got an assist for Lallana today
* Lallana - great
* Firmino - fantastic
* Mane - fantastic
* Sturridge - great. I don't understand this little narrative that he doesn't suit Klopp's style. He showed today that he does.

Yeah when it happened it was seen as an attack on the whole city. Not just Liverpool fans.

Seeing the videos of LFC and Everton fans singing YNWA after the verdict last year was awesome.

On the game, only saw some highlights but was quite surprised when Studge passed for Mane to score. Would have expected him to take the shot himself.

A guy I work with is an Evertonian.
Some of the people that died were from Half Half families.
The entire city was destroyed by it. Rivalry aside, it is the one thing that unites the fanbases.

We may have our faults but we can play some attractive football.
Really we should've scored more than 4.
Other than the obvious error in defence we looked much better and that's with 2 guys not really specialists in their positions.

So 10 points out of a possible 15 with all bar one game being away.

Pretty damn good start to the season, just a shame about the Burnley game.

Good performance from you guys. It was a very well set up Klopp team. First half you looked like the home team, second half we came back into it in spells, but it was over by then.

Leaving Lucas off until the last minute was the right move. Only took him a minute to concede a foul in a dangerous spot.

So Hendo has already used his 'one good goal a year' card.. Good time to use it I suppose ended up being the match winner.

Deserved the points we owned them in the 1st half, they held possession much better in the second but really didn't create much.

Great start to the year so annoying that the one 'easy' game we completely flopped

The amount of ease at which we had it in the first half surprised me a lot. And yeah I'm kinda unsure if that was actually a foul anyway...

You shouldn't have been. We're still finding the right midfield combo. Kante can't be everywhere either. We are a year away from being a unit under Conte. I'd kill for a 25 year old Frank over Matic or Oscar.

Probably wasn't but leave your foot out and people are going to take advantage.

I agree with his decision to leave Fabregas on the bench, the guy is only effective when his team has control of the ball. The game otherwise just passes him by

good time to rotate, derby are getting smacked in the championship so this really should be a game we give a couple of fringe teamers a chance and maybe rest some of our absolutely nailed on's, like Clyne.

Interesting team. Nice win.
Dont think Matip or Clyne should have played.
The Brazilians are class.

Karius had nothing to do apart from the Bent chance.
Henderson looking good.
Grujic needs to go on loan.

Origi is class.
Horrible that we only play 1 striker and it is usually Firmino.
So much depth.

Interesting game this weekend.
Need to keep momentum up.
