Ozil isn't being shopped around because he "isnt good enough", if he even will be sold.

Why Spurs? What would he possibly hope to achieve there? I can understand in quite a few years time but certainly not in the next few.
Had to laugh that you think Ozil and Suarez would be a weak attacking force....no really. What?

I think if Suarez improves his finishing, Carrol actually improves, and Henderson, Downing and so on take the next step up, I think Liverpool are a genuine top four chance.
I'd like them to be as well, above Chelsea anyway.
Do the Ozil rumours actually have any credence to them? He wouldn't help with finishing Ashe is by no means a prolific or frequent scorer, but his chance creation and vision is superb.

I would love Ozil at the Reds. A few different fan forums mention we are keeping tabs on him but its all speculation at this time.

I will keep harping on, but I want a finisher more than anything. Can we give Chelsea some of their money back for Drogba?

Good 2-0 win, only conceding 13 goals in 16 games thus far pretty outstanding, pity we cant score many. Should've won 4-5-0, how Suarez didnt score twice I dont know, great work in the lead up and hit the damn post/crossbar again.

I have to say our defence has been brilliant this season the best in the league, i think that is to do with us having a stable backline for a change particuarly in the Centre with Agger and Skrtel seeming to have built up a good combination. It just goes to show if you sign 2 young centre backs keep them around for a few years at around the same time they will eventually combine well, whereas if you keep chopping and changing in the centre of defence you tend to have an awful defence. All we need is someone to bang it into the back of the net.

Yeah interesting stat that, we've been good defensively letting in the least goals but just can't get that winning goal all too often. We've scored the same amount of goals as Bolton who are sitting last on the ladder.

Nice to see the Suarez issue being dealt with seriously rather than the easy option being taken. Hopefully it acts as a deterrent to show racism isn't tolerable.

The important thing is for the next player to get a comparable suspension. Suarez is scum for what he did but I hope the severity isn't a one off unique to this case.

Reading's John Mackie was banned for 3 matches for racist comments. It was 8 but dropped to 3 for pleading guilty.

Expect Suarez to get another 2 for his 1 fingered salute

I like Adam and Downing, but we need more out of the midfield, and we need a finisher.

I am following LFC across England for a few weeks next March. Get into London at 5am, same day as the match against QPR at Loftus Rd. At this rate, I am expecting to only get a few hours sleep in order to go watch us get a 0-0 draw at Loftus Rd, then see us thrash Wigan at Anfield the next week and top it off with a great team performance at St James' Park. A typical month for Liverpool, in other words...
