Fully agree. A two-footed tackle is worth a straight red.

But as Spearing makes contact with the ball his standing foot is FIRMLY on the ground and his momentum eventually lifts this foot.

No?

Got a picture of Adam being in the penalty box when he was pulled down by Senderos? Or how about Suarez being onside before scoring what should have been a legitimate goal?

Pretty disgusting refereeing performance in progress here at Fulham. Adam taken out in the box, free kick outside given instead of what was clearly a penalty. Suarez goal ruled out for offside when he clearly wasn't, and just now Spearing given a disgraceful red for what was a great challenge and not even a free kick.

The refereeing as a whole this weekend has been f**king woeful, with Luiz staying on for Chelsea when he should have been off, and Cahill for Bolton being sent when he shouldn't have been.

Bolton have appealed the red card, cant say I blame them, didn't even see a yellow myself.

Unfortunately they never seem to get reversed.

Haha still going on about that?

Doesn't even begin to make up for all the dodgy pens United have been getting over the years.

List them, or get some new material.

skeepe: personally, I'd much prefer a picture of Reina failing to make a regulation stop and setting up the Fulham goal...

How about we take turns posting pictures/videos of dodgy calls that have either been in favour of united or against? they don't have to be penalties if you don't want...it doesn't matter either way.

Everyone knows you get the jammiest calls going your way. It's laughable that you think otherwise.

Different year same shit. Look like a top four side against the good teams and look like a relegation candidate against the shit ones.

To be fair red bear up until just after the red card we were all over them. Just as usual we couldn't convert all that pressure.

Had something like 5 corners in the space of 2-3 mins.

Actually we did convert it, but it was disgracefully and incorrectly ruled out.

Change of topic.

A couple weeks ago I thought we wouldn't be doing any business come January.....now I think Commoli must be flying all over Europe with our injuries and (possible) suspensions. What do you guys reckon?

Without knowing budgets ect. IMO we need a quality defender and a striker who actually finishes.

Suarez as our top scorer with 7 is a concern.

How long do we keep saying this though? We've scored 17 goals in 14 games ffs, that is rubbish. At the very least we should've got 3 points agains Norwich, City, United the way we played those games but our finishing (and some good opposition keeping) has kept us to draws in those games. Stoke we should be beat coneded a goal and didnt threaten afterwards, Sunderland we were all over and let them back in it etc.

We can take comfort in only being smashed in one game really (disaster against Spurs) but whilst we cant put away shit teams and cant finish at all up front we'll stay mediocre.

Hopefully we can get things somewhat back on track by destroying QPR on the weekend

As an outside observer he's deceptively ineffective. Whenever i seem to catch a LFC game it always looks like he's going to score. I was shocked to see he only had 4 in the league so far this season.

He would score a shit load more if he had a proper strike partner or wide players that created something.

Downing with 0 goals and 0 assists should be of more concern. But i guess if your top goal scorer only has 7 it says more about the team than that player.

Suarez is not a great finisher, needs someone else alongside him finishing off chances.

Assists is a slightly flawed stat in that you can create chances which arent finished due to lack of a decent strikeforce.

Agree that Suarez does a lot of great work but doesn't finish effectively. Would love to have a Drogba up there with him.

Actually, that's a swap I'd gladly make. Chelski can keep the traitor and we'll take Didier. Cheers.

Agreed with all that has been said.

We have solid players in positions, we just lack alot of class.

A regular goal scorer, Yes I would love Drogba, up front with Racist and Carrol at back up aint to bad.

Another midfielder with class is the pipe dream.

I may be stating the obvious, but I for one reckon it will have to be a midfielder(s). Am more than happy giving Bellamy a long run in he team and don't see it necessary to get another striker in. We paid that much for AC, and as frustrating as it may be, we have to stick with him. I think our defence has gone okay too. But the LESS news I hear about Gerrard the more I think of BUYING new mid-fielders (forget the loan).

Who you got in mind t10do?

What punching power would we have to get any decent mids into the squad in January?

The Sissoko rumour just wont go away and I believe Commoli has gone to watch his last two games. Money-wise, wouldn’t the easiest thing be to bring Aquilani back?

I have no idea who it might be….if it even happens.
