We struggle in the halves but outside of that the back and backline is very good IMO. Murray was one of the best halfbacks in NYC and Humble has been NSW best performer IMO so they could do very well together but inexperianced. Cooper would obviously be a great signing from RU

Canberra are looking great. The only issue I can see are the halves. I don't rate McCrone, and Campese doesn't usually start to show much form until the last 6 weeks of the competition. Is Sam Williams close to firstgrade? Looks like a great prospect, and might be what they need.

Yup definitely, Cherro with a bit of good luck with injuries is easily good enough to start. Symonds is probably number 1 back up in the centers and can't be too far down the depth chart in the second row.

I agree, there would be no point pushing him into the centres.
I think the spine for the Bulldogs next year should be;

Barba is doing better in defence than he used to, but would still probably work best at fullback for the Bulldogs. Roberts is wasted on the bench in my opinion, and if you have watched any Eels games this year, you'll notice Keating has a very good running game, and when he has played off the bench has added a tonne of spark to the team; I feel he will do the same at the Doggies.
Of course, I'm not too familiar with all the Bulldogs players, so if you think I'm wrong you are probably right

cherrington is definately a good player... symonds though. hmm well he is average at best.

Symonds was good before a succession of injuries seemed to really knock him around.

Hopefully he gets back to that form one day soon
