Why? It's an NRL All Stars game, isn't supposed to be good fun, a lot of open enterprising footy, isn't that why we've had experimental rules in a few of the games, ie going for a try after a try (i might be misremembering but there was something daft like that)

Why is he picking a team who can grind out the game and make the game negative? Wouldn't we rather see some excitement merchants having fun??? I know players are competitive and will want to win but even so

For me its the idea of it.
If the point is to celebrate the indigenous players, then have them play NZ Maori imo.
If the point is about the NRL All-Stars, it should be a vote selection rather than a Bennett selection, have the ESL do the same and do NRL Vs ESL

NRL Vs Indigenous is a nice idea, but the two teams really don't go well together.
