Hayne is the best FB in NSW easily when he wants to be imo.
How meaningful
Not that its true anyway --- comparing his career with Stewart is laugh out loud hilarious.
Hayne is the best FB in NSW easily when he wants to be imo.
Anyway, about Game 2.
Assuming Stewart is fit, Hayne can f**k right off. He's like a poker game. Cash in when the chips are up, cos there's only one guarantee with Hayne --- a dud performance is right around the corner.
Ferguson would be next to go --- solid enough debut, but the fact he went fairly well is like dangling keys in front of a baby to distract them --- it only makes you forget the fact he never should have been chosen in the first place if you're an idiot. Merritt now, please. Its way, way overdue.
Pearce, what can I say? We all know he's a protected species. Last night was another vindication of what a clueless f**kwit Laurie Daley is. Did no one see the flow of the game? If our halfback had ANY f**kING IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING, that match is won at the hour mark. Period. Time for the hunting ban to be lifted --- replace him with Reynolds --- you know, the guy who has been kicking Pearce's ass up & down the field the last eighteen months?
Rest of the squad, okay. For now. Still not comfortable with Tim Grant missing, though.
Hayne was for mine nsw best player. Certainly him Bird or Lewis you are deluded out of your mind if you think he's being moved from fullback.
Fergo was safe as a house. Run the ball hard. Did all the things you need from a winger in origin. There is no area Merritt is a better player.
Pearce I'm not the biggest fan of but played alright last night and no one is swapping halfbacks after a win.
In short you know nothing about league.
Try reading the thread title, Newton. It is Your Team, not, "Who Will Daley Choose Next?"
I'm not surprised you'd be familiar with such a site.
I just hope Pearce and Maloney train harder at creating.
Our two tries last night came from a good offload from Lewis and some good solo work from Jennings.
Our halves didn't create anything.
Pearce was pedestrian. At least Maloney had a bit of a go.
He would have scored his usual two-to-four tries, just as he does damn near every week. How many did your boy score, Pete?
PS your impression of a reasonable man needs a better poker face. You know as well as I do you're judging the OP, not his (damn true) words.
Let me put it this way --- if Merritt can be season top try-scorer in tge wooden spooners (only player in history to achieve that, BTW), do you think maybe he could duplicate in this team?
Where is Ferguson's name in the record books? Maybe one area --- having the longest recorded sook about being elbowed in the head outside Northies? Stood out there crying for what seemed like days one night.
