Your NSW team for Game III?

Gidley, I really liked how he played tonight. Thats the exact role he should play for this team. Ive been frustrated with him overplaying his role in past origins. Tonight he was great.
.

Gidley seemed to link really well with the halves which is something different for him. He also played much more of a positional role tonight and did it well. Maybe hooker really is the place for him instead of his sometimes running around like a chook with its head cut off.

Jennings in for Hoppa, not that Hoppa did anything wrong.
TLL in for...Creagh. I still think we need one more prop to be safe, and Creagh for now offers the least out of our second rowers (has improved however). No other changes barring injury.

Pffft your such a Creagh hater. They have to stick with this side. Its the decider, its not the time or situation to hand out debut jumpers.
Merrin is the only possible change. Miniciello surprised me, great effort and proved me wrong. The halves were both really impressive tonight and deserved the payoffs of their perseverance.
The backrowers. As a unit were fantastic. Too fast for QLD to ever recover.
Cant believe someone wanted Scott dropped.......

And as for Gallen.....well the guy is just outstanding. What a leader.

Hahaha yep can't stand the guy. Lewis can do his job easily in the starting side. But sticky will stay with this side unless there are any Injuries.

Merrin the only one who can be replaced without causing disruption.

Bring in either Snowden or TLL for Merrin... aside from that same team, surely

Gaz, merrin, Scott - dropped

TLL, snowden and umm chris Lawrence if he is fit, if not perhaps idris.

hmmmm....NO.

Merrin > TLL.

That's it that's the only change NSW need. If Jennings is fit MAYBE do something with him. But otherwise I like the team. And when Morris is back he can still f*** off I don't wan him near a origin jersey.

A great win but take the emotion away using a Gus QUOTE we need to pick a team to play in game 3, Jennings has to be there he was superb in attack i would dare say it drop Hayne for hopoate and move Jennings to centres that is it, no way in the world Dugan has the invovlment of mini that game showed what we have been missing he is a class act.

If any more changes are made aside from Merrin out and TLL in, NSW are geniused.

i think jennings deserves to come back if fit.

you can make an argument for dugan as well.

IMO jennings is the only definite.

To the Raiders idiot saying Lawrence if fit, for Gasnier....next time you watch a game of football, take note that certain centres and wingers play on either the right side or left side. You can't just take a left centre specialist and play him on the right....it just doesn't work that way.

And Idris? Please.....Gaz's defence looks almost Hindmarsh-like compared to Idris.

Appears now that Hopoate is likely to miss Game Three due to his hamstring injury. Surely this must mean Jennings will be a certainty...and NSW really lose nothing with that- Jennings and Uate were the dangerous ones in attack Game One from a Queenslander's perspective.

So for me, just the one change (even though Farah > Ennis and TLL > Merrin):

1. Anthony Minichiello
2. Jarryd Hayne
3. Michael Jennings
4. Mark Gasnier
5. Akuila Uate
6. Jamie Soward
7. Mitchell Pearce
8. Tim Mannah
9. Michael Ennis
10. Paul Gallen (c)
11. Beau Scott
12. Ben Creagh
13. Greg Bird

14. Trent Merrin
15. Kurt Gidley
16. Anthony Watmough
17. Luke Lewis

Such a strong and talented side, and will only improve as time progresses. But Queensland will crtainly come out firing, and will be far better than in Game II...
