You're right but I think he was just sick of RL in general.


I belive Rua was perswaded into signing with the raiders and as the season started unfolding Rua just said "Pharket" and went home. (To Melbourne may I add. )

LOL, I for instance think that Georgey goes okay I am in the 1%, his defence in the back half of the year was virtually faultless and he shut down Gasnier in the last game which is a huge accomplishment.

The fact that he's been among our top try scorers and metre getters is his biggest thing on his resume.

i don't think he's that bad of a player, it's just that he looks anything but.

Maybe get rid of the tail, and pull up his socks,and hay, he's half way there.......

Ennis had a bit of buildup to him when he signed for us. He was very ordinary for the first half of last year but yes, he did get better - but not good enough.

I felt for Matt Rodwell - was at Newcastle then Andrew Johns turned up. Signed for Reds - they folded. Signed for us then we merged - Barrett & Mundine at halves. He went alright, but he was a name player then who in effect did nothing for us. Not entirely his fault though.

UnfortunatleyI met him a few times and he is a stuck up prick.

I have not a bad word about any other RL player.

Matty Rodwell can't have been that bad he was halfback in 2001 when Penrith made the semi's.

And who was the player from Penrith who'd never played a first grade game but cronulla paid big bucks in 2004. Hasn't been heard of since.
