Good first half effort leading 12-0.

This is definitely Lino's team. Hingano taking a back seat yet again. He doesn't look to be developing much this year.

These guys seem to be able to play Kearneys 'grind out your sets, put on the pressure and wait to capitalise on mistakes' game better than the first grade side. Unlike the top side, they do have the benefit of consistent go forward and a solid defensive line though.

Ogden crashes over after a hard run and quick play the ball by Tof during which he almost scores again himself.

Jeez Tof is powerful.

Still had a guy on him when he got up and played the ball, shook him off like it was nothing and got the quick PTB to help with the try.

Sustained period of pressure but we keep showing up in numbers. Finally have the ball back. Let's see if we can wrestle back momentum.

Fulltime. Warriors 18-10.

Big comeback from the Bears in the second half.

Pretty notable switch of momentum mid way through the second half though when the Sipley boys were simultaneously benched for Gubb and Sao.

Both props, Tof & Pat are listed at 107 and 116 kgs respectively - Tof is shorter and looks to have a lower centre of gravity, breaks more tackles... Pat's large and strong, uses his bulk to drag tacklers across the advantage line.

Well keep them in reserve grade then, it's not like we need any of that stuff in firsts, do we?
