Great stuff but still a bit to work on based on some of the stats shown on fox sports.

I am stoked though at how this group has rebounded after that smashing in week 2 and how they seem have that desire to win. There were parts there where I thought roosters would steal it from us but the players dug deep to hold them out. It was like they were channelling "hindy will".

Is it real but. Can they keep it up? It just doesn't seem right after what we've become used to the last few years.

That was a great win. Gutsiest performance of the last 5 years easily. Very happy with that effort. Was perfect but we got the two points.

Thought last night was one of the best performances for quite some time.
The crowd was fantastic as well, very vocal.
It just shows what a difference it makes having a coach that believes in his players, and gets the players playing with heart.
With about 10 to go Sandow put a kick in to touch and going to the scrum a lot of the boys were tired, but Mannah was jumping around getting the boys going. It's plays like these which are so small but go a long way to having a successful season.

Just on that point - I just finished watching the replay, and wasn't Tim Mannah brilliant? He was everywhere.

I'm a fan of his at the best of times, but in my opinion, he really stood up last night and led by example.

If mannah doesn't make origin this year, I give up.

The guy has been enormous for us all year.

Absolutely!

If he's not better than Grant, Tamou, etc...

He has been inspirational. And we are apparently close to retaining him, which is excellent.

Yet people on here don't mind if we lose him

Heart and soul of this club, along with Hayne. Two great leaders IMO

Most posters on here only notice what our backs do. Probably because it's the flashy stuff. Mannah had a great game last night.

In the last 20 minutes in particular when there was a stop in play like a scrum or a penalty - the body language said it all. Our boys were willing each other on, lots of talk, they looked like they wanted the win. The Roosters just didn't look like they thought they would win the match.

Mannah is very underrated by most he needs a few tats to get noticed

We are 4 wins from 6 yet I think next week against the tigers will be the first time we have started favourites this year
