Actually, he has already said we are chasing an outside back. Obviously wasn't more specific than that and it probably won't come out.

Norman is a good player but l'm concerned we'd have to rewrite or extend our list if requirements on the clubs No D!ckhead Policy.
Its seems he keeps bad company as opposed to just doing dumb things.

I would like to get Hayne but it is dragging out to long. Time to look elsewhere.
Other good players will become available that will also have a bit of speed as Norman has lost some pace

A new group of friends.
A chance to win the comp.
A decent & tougher coach.

Como / Jannali....could fill in at a pinch, but no if they dont want Dufty I would move Widdop to 1 and Norman to 6. Where there's smoke..... and I am peeved off...but if Dufty is on the outer..which sounds like he is.
I still have hopes and confidence about Dufty (to be reviewed at end of season), but unfortunately I am not employed or have a say in the club. If I was.. need a good winger / centre and I would throw everything and mentoring Dufty, especially if they named me coach

He wouldn't sign for 200 (unless they heavily backend the deal) it's more about if they manage to offload Jennings, Norman or Moses
