Mate, we're all Parramatta fans. We're all armchair critics. We're all armchair selectors and coaches and players, too. It's what fans do, you silly boy. Loyalty has nothing to do with it. We're all loyal. We all still watch the games, go to the games, listen to the games, read about the games. When a fan of another club puts the Eels down, we come out fighting. When Paul Kent puts us down, we call him a c#nt. This is a footy forum, and a chance for us all to show off our footy knowledge. Us armchair selectors and coaches can sack players, sign new ones, put a rocket up others, choose a new coach, CEO, board, and even re-design the stadium if we want to. But it doesn't mean we aren't loyal. (And certainly doesn't mean we are death riders.)
As for Bilbo Baggins - that was another place and time.
