I think some of you are being too harsh on Galvin.

Admittedly I only watched the first half and I saw some fantastic Galvin plays that made me talk him up so much this season while he was playing for us.

I saw him play a key role in the 3 tries the Dogs scored. I'll explain his role.

Try 1:- The Dogs scored from a scrum. Galvin received the ball and passed it along to I think the fullback who made a lovely pass to the winger to score. Galvin has the ability to do things like this since he does touch the ball a lot.
Try 2:- This was vintage Galvin. It was beautiful to see a player with the ability to see and do things other players simply can't. He threw a beautiful pass to the ground which led to the Dogs having to scramble all over the place and then Burton put a kick in and regathered to score.
Try 3:- Another vintage Galvin play. He put in a beautiful kick to about the 30 meter line which the Broncos let bounce and somehow completely screwed up. Kikau picked it up to score.

I didn't watch the second half but I assume some of the special Galvin plays didn't come off. It's not his fault when the rest of the team can't recover from his brilliance.

I'm glad that guy isn't our problem anymore. He may turn into a quality player but geez he is shit.
Why would he? Even B Anastasia is saying Galvins shit on triple m and that he’s creating havoc amongst the players. He says Katoa is special but he hasn’t seen anything from Galvin

I Should be humble but you know it’s hard..Theres Prob 4 of us at the most (maybe 5?) and I could name them, that insisted and categorically stated that Galvin was shit from the start. Obviously including yourself .. a few hoped but went along with the narrative. . A few thought he was gods gift

Im going to guess there was one person only at the bulldogs that said “we have to get Galvin” !! Was it Ciraldo? prob not. maybe the coach that Galvin used to have?..Gould? .. whoever it was that person is getting dagger stares at the moment..this must be a real head fk for Ciraldo. Two consecutive losses with Galvin in the team and a particularly bad loss yesterday

They've lost three out of
their past five games since
LG got there. They looked very much like title contenders with Mahoney and Sexton being partly responsible for their great early season form....now those two have been pushed aside to make way for the club killer.
The day he called out our co-captain (Luai) as the teacher's pet I had a bad feeling about his arrogance, and disrespectful demeanour.
If his form deteriorates further, Ciraldo will have no choice but to go back to the way it was and send LG packing to reggies. I wonder if his parents factored any of this into the plans for their son?

The comaraderie at Belmore has been breached by delusional Goulds obsession in an arrogant greenhorn fraudster who’d be playing lower grades for wests if it wasn’t for Benji’s misjudgement

If you were Ciraldo you'd be starting to worry. When Gutless doesn't work out at the dogs it definitely won't be Gould's fault. Ciraldo might start looking very tired and in need of a break around that time. I hope he's got a good clause in his contract around termination.

I see Galvin a little differently but not in a particularly better way. He'd come through the juniors winning everything and rightly or wrongly assumed his first WT NRL side would be his to run ...at that stage his talent was obvious and he probably would have stayed long-term. The signings of LF...Luai and add Sullivan as well torpedoed that naive ambition for him. It'll be no different at the dogs as he won't be running shit while their ex panthers powerbase ( including Ciraldo) is there. He should have gone to the Eels where the rookie coach/ fan would give him free reign. Probably even better the dragons if being the main man was the thing. Anyway...glad he's gone and we're FAR better off with Latu and a reunified and happy group again

If Galvins old coach suddenly departs the bulldogs there’s a clue whose fault it was. Tho ofcourse the buck stops with Ciraldo

The sooner we let threads about LG disappear the better. Unfortunately, the media will keep flogging a dead horse.

Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo sensationally dropped Lachlan Galvin just before kick-off on Saturday night, opting against using the 19-year-old half against the Cowboys with Jaeman Salmon coming back into the team from an ankle fracture.

Yep, Gould has been subtly transferring this onto Caro for a few weeks now.
Such an ugly old detestable bucket of shit he is.
