Best shot at 400 an Aussie is ever going to have IMO..

Bar Matthew Hayden when he choked? I'd be happy enough to see Clarke take the record as long as their was a result in the game i.e Aus win. So many of those massive triple hundreds and Laras 400 come in draws where a result was never possible.

That is my point..Clarke going for the 400 wont be selfish in this situation..

India are mentally shot.

What's new? All they ever do is have a cry. They have always been pissweak between the ears. This summer looks like a repeat of 99/00

I'd agree with skeepe today about Dhoni. To give Ponting/Clarke 10 or so overs of pies was criminal

A captain's knock.

Where are all the wankers who wanted Katich over Clarke
I wanted them both in the side tbh, opening partnership looked much better with Katich up there.

But I also thought Clarke was the right captain to have and his batting form has picked up of late, which is excellent to see. Hopefully his back holds up for a while yet!

Not aimed at you mate. Haven't seen the culprits for a while.

It's a wonder they don't take their bat and balls and go home.

Bit of rain maybe on Day 4, but nothing to loose too much sleep over at this stage.
