I think most of us are just resigned to the fact that he will probably get a game which is why we are all including him in our teams.

None of the bowlers were fully stretched, looked to be treating it like a net session and fair enough too.

Henriques is a genuine bowler, moves the ball, seams the ball and reverses it at 135-140km/h. This season he has also been more economical and bowled more stump to stump then in previous years. He would be my first pick alrounder in that squad

being ct behind off a bouncer is rather fortunate for the bowler imo, thats not his intended way of getting a wicket, more like luck

Henriques would have to be a long shot to get a test run on this tour, f**k knows why he is even there anyway. The only way I can see him getting a run is if they play both Lyon and X plus two pacemen leaving him to bat at six/seven and be the third paceman.

Hopefully X gets dysentery and spends the tour on the can. If that's the case they'll play one of smith :roll: or big show plus 3 quicks which is what I'm predicting they will do in the first test. (With big show getting the nod).

Dont see the point of 3 pace bowlers with Henriques. Wade at 6, Henriques at 7 and Maxwell or Doherty instead of your Starc/johnson/bird option

Which is EXACTLY why Henriques WON'T play, there is just no room. The only time he will play is if we have a rank turner an they play Doherty & Lyon...then a bowling all rounder is a sensible decision. However, he won't play.
