well, as an example ive bought a 2 bedroom place, 2 bathroom in a new expansion suburb in central Canberra for exactly 400k.

paid 20 bucks for stamp duty and cos its new getting 12k for the home buyers.

So in the Shire...Sea View possibly...

Do the property maths there.

Ok so I had a beer with my mate last night. He bought a "2 key" 2 bedder for mid 600's. No water views.

Sounds like an innovative design. The bedrooms are at either end of the apartment and there are 2 kitchens (1 kitchenette) and 2 bathrooms (1 main, 1 ensuite). Meaning that you can have a luxury 2 bed apartment or split it up into two 1 bedders.

It's awesome that they have sold so many. Gives the developers confidence in what they are doing & will help them help us, with the Leagues Club upgrade cash.

Can't wait for the day I can walk through that retail sector & up into the new club!

Wish I could buy a unit - it is on my bucket list ;-)

I had a walk through a few days ago, they are very impressive, already they are hitting the targets needed to make sure the development goes smoothly.

I'm an agent in the area and take it from me that these things will sell fast and the cheaper ones will and are proving to be going first.

The cheaper ones stack up to be a good investment.
