There are some big things that need to happen fast
1. Appoint a CEO for the football club almost immediately to start resigning and assisting the coach
2. Sign a marquee type player and retain players like Norman etc, they have to sell the club and tickets to a jaundiced supporter base who will not be playing at their spiritual home
3. Reduce season tickets given the financial advantage of playing at the cavernous ANZ
4. Start some good news statements asap, even use the media to support us not smash us
5. The football,manager needs to be in place to start negotiations, and that appointment as does the CEO needs the sign off by the coach
6. Extend and upgrade BA! And get the news out

If Super Max doesn't understand threes to start these things rolling, we wil lose the groundwork that BA has achieved under great pressure, the fans need these events to occur before the renewal of Season Tickets , vitally important
