Ivans selections have been odd in the second half of the season, particularly the bench. What is the point of Mitch Kenny? A real lack of props. Leinu 12 mins? Pangai 23? Martin at prop?

May being injured explains Kenny, but I agree that his bench use could be so much better.

The last 15 mins of the 1st half, and the first 10 of the 2nd, we didn't look right. We were struggling to meet at the scrimmage line, but instead were holding back.

Nathan was trying chip and chase plays with 10 to go, that for me was when I knew Penrith were cooked

Pretty much this. A better bounce and it may have worked, but such a low percentage play only 6 down with 10 minutes still to play. Especially from a player that usually takes the right option.

Penrith have been awful since Origin. We have plodded along, like Manly the rest of the comp is so bad the cracks have been hidden.
